A REFRESHING TAKE ON CLASSIC UPPER EAST SIDE LIVING

Architecture by Beyer Blinder Belle honors tradition with a limestone, brick, and glazed terracotta façade featuring large windows to foster light-filled residences.
With 36 residences across 18 stories, this intimate building provides a boutique residential experience.
The entry of Hôtel de Crillon in Paris was my inspiration for the lobby. I wanted to create a welcoming jewel box space

Arched doorways, filtered light, and richly veined marble flooring bring a sense of intimacy to the lobby.
Much of the inspiration for my landscapes emerges from the misty coasts of Maine, what the locals there call Sea Smoke. I want my work to softly embrace a space, rather than shout for attention, allowing the viewer to escape in a dream-like, dematerialized experience.
