An Upper East Side condo with interiors by an AD100 designer opens sales

Development company EJS Group has officially launched sales of 200 East 75th Street, a luxury condominium with 36 residences. The building was designed by Beyer Blinder Belle and AD100 honoree and AD PRO Directory member Yellow House Architects oversaw the interiors.

As their first fully commissioned residential building, 200 East 75th Street represents an exciting milestone for Yellow House Architects. The interiors showcase understated details that add texture to the serene space, including herringbone flooring, extra-honed Italian Statuario stone countertops, and silver nickel hardware. The lobby is particularly sumptuous, with handcrafted plaster walls and a mural by Dean Barger. The building’s amenities are inspired by Manhattan’s newest crop of private clubs, and residents can enjoy a private cinema, music room with a soundproof recording and podcast booth, and a landscaped terrace with views of Central Park.

“200 East 75th Street was designed so the shared spaces feel like a wonderful boutique hotel while the apartments are classic and refined,” said Compass Development Marketing Group’s Alexa Lambert in a statement. “With 36 residences, the chicest lobby in the neighborhood, and beautifully designed amenities, owners will have a very special, lovely feeling from the moment they step into the building.”

The 18-story building’s residences range from two to six bedrooms and pricing begins at $3.25 million. Completion is currently expected in summer 2025.
