EJS Group’s 200 East 75th St. condo signs over $190 million in sales

Manhattan, NY EJS Group said that 200 East 75th St., a new boutique luxury condominium development on the city’s Upper East Side designed by the award-winning architecture firm Beyer Blinder Belle Architects, with interiors by AD100 and ELLE Décor A-List honored Yellow House Architects, has signed over $190 million in contracts. Offering 36 bespoke residences and a substantial collection of curated lifestyle amenities, the building is now over 70% sold, with closings beginning this summer.
